I work with founders, startups, and growing B2B businesses that need someone who can think strategically and also roll up their sleeves and get things done.

My work falls into two areas. Some of the businesses I work with are building from scratch and need the right foundations in place from day one: lead generation, CRM and pipeline setup, marketing automation, and the digital systems that make growth possible without chaos. Others have been running for a while but something isn't clicking the way it should, whether that's leads not converting, tools not talking to each other, or the team not having visibility into what's actually happening. I come in, figure out where the gaps are, and fix them properly.

HubSpot is where most of this work lives. Six years of working in it across marketing, sales, and customer success means I've seen most of the ways it can go wrong and I know how to make it work the way it was meant to. But the real goal is always bigger than any single tool. It's about making sure your whole commercial operation is connected, reliable, and set up to grow.

I've worked across B2B SaaS, EdTech, events, and professional services. I keep my client list small on purpose because I'd rather do a few things really well than spread thin across too many.
