At Symphony, Stephan manages end-to-end delivery for a diverse client portfolio spanning fintech, AI, consultancy, and networking sectors. Oversees delivery operations for multiple clients including a global consultancy firm, an AI-driven commerce company, a fintech platform, and a professional networking platform. Leads people management across client teams, serving as line manager to 15+ team members, ensures KPI/SLA compliance and financial performance, owns product roadmap definition and execution, and identifies growth opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure new business.

Within EPAM, Stephan was end-responsible for delivery for a portfolio of clients across multiple domains including telecommunications, healthcare, e-commerce, and retail. Managed a diverse client portfolio spanning various industries and sectors. Responsibilities included people management, reporting on KPI/SLAs and financials, defining and owning product roadmaps, as well as creating proposals for new business within existing and prospective clients.

Stephan has held senior delivery manager roles at major global enterprises in the automotive leasing and telecommunications sectors, he has been responsible for the overall delivery of multiple IT projects. He has extensive experience in leading and coaching teams, defining product roadmaps, and creating proposals for new business.
