I specialise in leading complex transformation and implementation initiatives where business, technology, processes and stakeholders need to come together to achieve successful outcomes. Throughout my career I have delivered projects and programmes involving IT transformation, SAP implementations, data migration, system integration, business process optimisation, governance and organisational change.

At KPMG International, I led global transformation initiatives across more than 30 countries, coordinating governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery teams, vendors, data migration activities and implementation roadmaps. Within Rabobank, I held various management, project and product leadership roles focusing on digital transformation, lending platforms, process improvement and business innovation.

I have extensive experience working with executive stakeholders, multidisciplinary delivery teams, Agile environments and international organisations.
