In my role as GM I lead the operations team and I am the main contact towards our members, partners, other media industries, press and the government. Next to this I am responsible for the planning and execution of our annual industry event calendar, international trade missions (USA, Japan), collective expo opportunities at trade shows, office visits from government officials and organising the Dutch Game Awards.
As a highlight in this role I arranged and hosted a visit of Her Majesty Queen Máxima to the Dutch Games Industry in 2023.

In patnership with the City of Rotterdam and the Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds we organize INDIGO,
the leading B2B conference for the Belenux games industry and received over 800 visitors. The 2025 edition was the first under our leadership and required a very hands-on approach in terms of logistics, planning, partnerships and execution.
