Brought back to Arm to spearhead the design and delivery of a next-generation IAM platform, leveraging prior success enhancing the legacy system. I transitioned into a Portfolio Manager role to oversee the Identity, People, and ServiceNow teams managing initiatives and priorities of both operational enhancements via an agile delivery model, whilst delivering strategic changes, including office closures and new sites. Key achievements:

• Developed a comprehensive project plan and solution design to migrate from the on-premises IAM platform to a cloud-based solution, ensuring all nuanced requirements were fully addressed. For anything not in scope of the commercial deal with the vendor, a backlog was created and handed over to the Product Ownership team also.

• Architected a secure, segregated collaboration environment for external partners on high-risk, top-secret projects, implementing a dedicated Lifecycle Management Solution and separate EntraID tenants

• Executed an accelerated migration from legacy authentication mechanisms following Microsoft deprecation, safeguarding uninterrupted business access with no impact to any colleagues

• Led the secure decommissioning of a US office, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to eliminate IP leakage risk and ensure responsible e-waste disposal of hardware

• Identified and remediated security vulnerabilities in office systems with network-enabled components, including Smart Lighting, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

• Developed a custom AI bot using ChatGPT to support both my team and wider IT delivery teams with company-specific knowledge, leveraging insights gathered from SMEs and lessons learned to build a centralised, prompt-based knowledge base that can also generate appealing visuals easily based on company standards

Engaged by LSE to oversee the implementation of a newly procured IAM platform and set the strategic direction for Identity & Access Management across the institution. I leveraged my SME expertise to ensure seamless alignment and integration with critical organisational projects, maximising long-term value. Key achievements:

• Designed the strategic direction for IAM and PAM at the LSE, identifying critical support model dependencies, drafting indicative role profiles, and incorporating vendor support costings

• Planned the first two phases of IAM and PAM delivery as part of an over-arching Cyber Programme, including benefit analysis for efficiency gains through automation and process redesign, new policy frameworks for enforcement, and contract negotiations with the delivery partner for support prior to BAU team setup

• Established the foundational IAM layer by integrating five authoritative user data sources into the new production environment Designed and configured the non-production IAM environment for use with external third-party vendors, leveraging new solution provider functionalities, securing process approvals, and successfully completing a pilot implementation

Returned to Arm to support with general Project Management and manage a section of the central Portfolio of work. Key achievements:

• Successfully deployed enhanced payroll reporting across finance and central employee systems that had a multitude of complexities

• Designed and arranged for successful installation of all IT equipment (networking, meeting rooms, desk setup) for numerous new offices, expansions and refreshes, globally, by collaborating with multiple third-party vendors in unison

• Ensuring management and timely delivery of multiple projects simultaneously across varying degrees of urgency that impact multiple areas of the business and company objectives

• General project management for a range of different projects across both technical and physical components, inclusive of collaborating with multiple third-party vendors to schedule physical deliveries and installation
