I am a freelance Product Owner and Scrum Master with 12 years of IT experience. Eight as a frontend developer, and four in product ownership and Agile facilitation. That combination is what makes me different. As a Product Owner I write user stories that engineers can actually build without lengthy back and forth. As a Scrum Master I understand what is technically blocking a team, not just logistically.

I have worked across digital health (WellTrack), enterprise IT (Shell SAFe program), industrial platforms (Intero Integrity Services), and IoT automation (Lely). I get up to speed quickly in new environments and I am comfortable owning my work independently from day one.

I am looking for freelance assignments rather than a permanent role. I have a toddler and I have made a deliberate choice to work in a flexible structure that lets me be fully committed during an assignment without the constraints of a five-day office week. My clients get someone who is focused, experienced, and ready to deliver.

Based in Capelle aan den IJssel, near Rotterdam. Available remote, hybrid, or on-site in the Rotterdam and Amsterdam area.
