I'm mostly called in when something needs to change. Not tweaks around the edges - real transformation.

Twenty years watching brands at their inflection points has taught me one thing: the moment between what was and what needs to be, that's where everything either clicks into place or falls apart. That's where I usually work.

Global, EMEA or UK agency transitions - you need to launch a pitch and select the right partner, or you've already chosen one and need someone to brief them properly, onboard them without losing momentum, and make sure the first year actually delivers. I can manage the entire process end-to-end or step in at whatever stage you need.

Marketing transformation - fragmented teams, siloed budgets, agencies everywhere. I come in, unify it, build an integrated in-house model and a full-funnel approach, and leave you with something that actually works and performs.

Strategic launches - new DTC platforms, repositioning work, omnichannel and consumer engagement strategies. The kind of thing that needs senior judgement and someone who's done it all before.

Recent experience:

Accor - Director Integrated Communications across 30+ markets, €60M P&L. Inherited a fragmented ecosystem, unified regional functions, consolidated 40 agencies into one integrated model, co-built the 2026 roadmap with the Executive Committee. All whilst running and adapting the 2025 plan in real time.

Ruinart (LVMH) - Global Director of Consumer Engagement. Built new 360 strategy, onboarded new media agency, launched the Maison's first e-commerce platform and NFT, co-developed strategic plan with leadership.

Before that: 14 years in leading international creative networks, always on global or EMEA teams split between new business, client services and account management.

Transversal bridge between global strategy and local execution, galvanising 100+ cross-functional stakeholders. Total ecosystem oversight of €75M+, direct P&L ownership of €60M. Team of five.
    ▪ Onboarded and governed the Publicis One ENA partnership end-to-end - establishing ways of working, briefing templates, SLAs and investment guardrails across international markets.
    ▪ Assumed ownership of the 2025 ICP plan on arrival, delivering against an inherited roadmap while building the structural foundations for transformation.
    ▪ Co-led the 2026 360° ICP plan with leadership peers, McKinsey and Ekimetrics - validated by the Executive Team and delivered ready for January 2026 execution.
    ▪ Led strategic planning, creative ideation and production of all key ENA omnichannel campaigns across ALL Accor, Pullman, Mercure, Novotel and the wider portfolio.
    ▪ Unified CRM, loyalty and lifecycle teams around shared regional objectives — governing every consumer touchpoint from acquisition through retention under a single ENA strategy.
    ▪ Optimised €60M+ through MMM, incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution — delivering +2.1% YoY web revenue, +13.5% bookings uplift and app growth to 27.4%, outperforming RGI and MPI benchmarks.

    ▪ Reviewed, challenged and validated output - grounding strategy in consumer and audience insights that directly informed the Publicis Media Luxe onboarding, audience architecture and attribution frameworks.
    ▪ Led agency search, brief and onboarding of frog (Capgemini) for the Maison's first DTC ecommerce platform - launched during tenure - subsequently reviewing content strategy.
    ▪ Reworked the Maison's global pricing and portfolio strategy - improving profitability, coherence and long-term client value.
    ▪ Partnered directly with the President to launch the Maison's first NFT - sold out in 30 seconds.
