I am a native Dutch Marketing & Data Scientist with 17 years of programming experience.
After enjoying several interesting positions, I upgraded my analytical and programming skills in 2018. After I finished a double master program in Marketing Analytics with grades 8+, Tilburg University awarded me with an exclusive scholarship and admission to CentER’s PhD education as one of Tilburg University’s top Marketing Analytics students.
During my career I applied many state-of-the-art econometric & data science techniques such as Deep Learning with Tensorflow, experimental research, Structural Equation Modelling, data manipulation and visualisation, other machine learning techniques such as image recognition, classification algorithms, decision trees, (logistic/multinomial) regression, A/B tests, factor & cluster analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, LCA, Time Series Analysis and more using R, Python, VBA, SQL, Stata or Matlab.
Ever since the rise of AI and Large Language Models, I have been an AI enthusiast that stays on top of latest developments through the study of research papers and self-exploration of AI (Python) projects
