I am an experienced freelance consultant with a strong focus on Supply Chain and IT, working primarily at the intersection of business and technology. Over the past several years, I have fulfilled various roles both from my own background and through supply chain consultancy environments, increasingly being engaged on the IT side of complex challenges. This is also where I feel most at home.

What characterises me is my ability to understand, simplify, and structure complex environments. I enjoy optimising processes, planning, and networks, and translating these into concrete, practical solutions. With the right combination of knowledge, experience, and tooling, I am well equipped to successfully deliver assignments within this domain.

I am comfortable operating in multiple roles, including Business Analyst, Product Owner, Network Consultant, and Supply Chain Consultant. In these roles, I move easily between strategy and execution: I can dive deep into technical details when needed, while maintaining a clear overview of projects and stakeholders. This allows me to add value not only through analysis and advice, but also through realisation and implementation.
