As a part of the Center of Excellence team at LVMH group, I was responsible for two main tasks:

1. Developed, packaged & deployed advanced use cases in SFMC
- Developed an Event Notification Service (ENS) to track email opens to differentiate Apple user opens to opens through other platforms
- Secured custom applications & cloudpages through Web-to-server integration and SSJS
- Developed modern & dynamic interactive emails for NPS using AMP for Gmail and architected the fallback for email clients
- Developed a Custom Activity for Journey Builder that enabled the developers to use SSJS (similar to the Script Activity in Automation Studio) and tested the performance of the system
- Collaborated with teams in China and Japan to architect & integrate 3rd party channels (WeChat and LINE resp.)
- Developed and deployed a custom application hosted on landing pages in SFMC instance that lets the Client Advisor search for the subscribers' journey details
- Used Salesforce Lightening Design system for upgrading the UI of the developed assets
- Designed a strategy/flow in Journey Builder to progressively roll out the deployments to the real subscribers for all the industry campaigns

2. Provided support to all Maisons on their day-to-day issues in SFMC
- Design authority for Maisons migrating to SFMC
- Audited SFMC instance for all the modules and suggested changes according to the best practices developed by the COE for each Maison
- Audited SFMC instance to remove the extra contacts injected due to incorrect imports and 3rd party integrations
- Debugged & solved flow in SF CRM that was triggering an entry to Journey Builder if the Contact is created and updated
- Brainstormed, planned & presented the SFMC roadmap to the stakeholders
