I’m a Fractional CTO, AI engineer, AI Build Partner, and Offshoring Architect specializing in building production-ready AI systems for startups and scale-ups. With an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from NTU Singapore (#12 globally) and hands-on experience as a technical founder, I bring both deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial pragmatism to every project.
