- Reduced annual cloud spend by €180,000 through infrastructure optimization, without compromising security posture or scalability. Delivered in a DORA-regulated, high-security banking environment.

- Designed and implemented an IT Asset Lifecycle Policy enforcing an n-1 version standard, reducing security exposure from end-of life software and ensuring consistent patching and upgrade cycles across the environment
