Hi, I'm Iris! I have 12+ years experience working as a creative in the lifestyle industry. My specialties are illustration, graphic design, concept creation, creative direction and branding. I enjoy coming up with concepts that are easy to understand and bring joy into people's lives. My style can be described as clean and - like my personality - pretty colourful. During my studies of Advertising at the Willem de Kooning Academy (graduated in 2011) I did a minor in copywriting. I really like combining text & image, coming up with a total concept that communicates a clear message.

I've worked as a graphic designer & content creative for the brands Present Time Home Accessories, Leitmotiv and Karlsson. Together with the buying manager I concepted 2 collections (spring/summer and autumn/winter) a year based on current trends and consumer desires. I translated these collections into marketing themes and concept & execute the marketing calendar together with the creative team and freelancers. The yearly marketing calendar includes 2 magazines, 2 catalogues, 2 large collection photoshoots + several smaller photoshoots, 52+ B2B newsletters and strategizing & managing IG/Facebook/ Tiktok accounts for 3 brands - this includes influencer campaigns.
