I am a freelance Climate & Decarbonisation Lead with over 6 years of experience supporting companies with GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3), decarbonisation strategies, and CSRD readiness. I work with mid-sized companies, scale-ups, as well as financial institutions and private equity investors.
I help organisations translate complex regulatory and methodological requirements (e.g. CSRD, SBTi, GHGP, PCAF, TCFD) into clear decision-making foundations, prioritised measures, and implementation-ready roadmaps, including economic assessment of mitigation measures (CapEx/OpEx, break-even analysis).
Typical projects I am engaged for include:

Previously, I have worked both in sustainability consulting and within a climate-tech SaaS company, where I built teams and translated climate methodologies directly into digital products and APIs. This allows me to combine deep technical expertise, product thinking, and pragmatic execution.
In my work, I operate independently, structured, and in close collaboration with subject-matter experts and decision-makers. I place strong emphasis on clear communication, reliable outputs, and fast decision-making, without unnecessary complexity.
