The Maestro Effect: unlocking brilliance in others, was the title of my speech. This was based on a true story where an expert who I didn't know, identified a talent in me and told me. I acted upon it and changed my life and career. The call to action is that we all have the ability to identify and nurture talent in others; lift them up so they can be the best version of themselves.

I have worked with many leaders, senior executives, C Suite executives and emerging leaders to make an impact, through their personal brand of excellent communication skills. Using my unique Superstar Communicator™ programme, I coach my clients to engage with others through the excellent use of the voice, body language, managing nerves/fear, 'performance' and presentation skills, content and preparation, performance and knowing their audience. My work with SuperStar Communicator has been delivered to attendees from more than 100 countries: 6 continents - I am waiting for an opportunity in Antarctica. Many of my clients have subsequently been interviewed on Sky News, BBC News, BBC Radio 4, BBC Five Live and international conferences and events as a keynote speaker or panellist. Other clients have been promoted to senior and leadership roles following training with me.
