I advise selected organizations alongside that mission - founders and leadership teams scaling past early traction, and firms entering new markets or fixing stalled delivery.
I scaled a consulting business from ~$250K to $10M and 25 to 200 people, turned around a professional-services P&L from −200% EBITA to break-even in 18 months, and led enterprise transformation across 30 countries.
I work in four lanes: scaling internationally (market entry, business establishment, legal/tax/incorporation/entity structuring), turning around the P&L, designing operating models that hold across countries, and making enterprise AI practical.
