• Manages the teams in EMEA and APAC from start to completion including the resolution of project risks and issues.

• Prepared and submitted statutory filings including PND1, PND91, PND94, and SSO reports to the Revenue Department and Social Security Office.

• Calculated and withheld taxes as per Thai Revenue Department guidelines, including annual tax reconciliations.

• Manages firm relationship with various internal/external stakeholders strategically.

• Guarantee alignment with the global HR and payroll standards and policies and implement a control framework for risk identification and risk mitigation in the region.

• Administer Employee Data Management for a Global volume in Neeyamo.

• Strong international payroll knowledge with responsibility for multiple countries in Europe, including UK, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and Netherland payrolls. And in APAC including India, Japan, China, Korea and Hong Kong.

• Manage relationships with external Payroll vendors, HRIS, and other benefit providers.

• Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end processes for America’s entities including reviewing/approving

journal entries, account reconciliations and excellent communication skills.

• Expert in managing the end-to-end global payroll process and has a high level of understanding of general

business operations and internal control concepts.

• Highly analytical, accurate, and detail oriented. Is innovative, collaborative, and is not afraid to ask questions.

• Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
