I'm an ecommerce project manager with 12 years of experience delivering online shopping solutions across Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and Episerver — for clients in fashion, health & beauty, sportswear, B2B, and electronics.

Most recently at GPMD (a Shopify Plus agency), I managed large-scale ecommerce builds and replatforms from end to end: scoping requirements, running sprint cycles, coordinating designers and developers, and keeping clients informed throughout. Two of the health & beauty clients I worked with went on to win and place at the Ecommerce Awards in 2022 and 2023.

Before that, I spent seven years at a large scale Digital Video Game retailer, managing all customer-facing content, merchandising, and digital stock across a catalogue of 12,000+ products and £50M+ in stock value. I also led the migration from a bespoke legacy system to Episerver.

I work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, keep projects moving without the noise, and bring enough hands-on platform knowledge to have useful conversations with developers. Tools I use regularly: Asana, Linear, JIRA, Figma, Google Workspace, and the Shopify ecosystem.

Alongside project work, I'm a photographer and have contributed visual content — branding, lifestyle, and events — for agency and client use.

• • Inherited a distressed Magento 1 to Magento 2 PWA migration for Proviz Sports (10 international markets) — already six months delayed and over budget. Stabilised the client relationship and managed the project through to launch and post-launch remediation.
• • Managed the post-launch phase of The River Cafe's Shopify Plus platform: product catalogue, content, Shopify POS, bespoke integration platform (Apio), and warehousing. The platform achieved 4x order growth and 2x revenue growth within six months of launch.
• • Helped two health and beauty clients earn recognition at the eCommerce Awards — Runner-up in 2022 and Winner in 2023.
• • Contributed photography for the agency: team headshots, event coverage, and lifestyle imagery. Edited and produced visual content using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
