I help organizations by improving work processes, systems and people. My aim is to make organizations faster, more innovative and agile. Usually my work deals with digital transformation projects. I work pragmatically, but from a solid theoretical basis. I do not only focus on the needed improvements and solutions, but also overarching topics such as Information Management, Enterprise Architecture, Project Portfolio Management and Process Management.
