Personally accountable for all Engineering, commissioning, project management, client engagement, and revenue governance — a scope typically distributed across multiple senior engineers and project managers. – Delivered multiple mission-critical Datacenter projects since 2023 for hyperscale and colocation clients including NorthC and Global Switch, maintaining consistent on-time, on-budget performance across a concurrent portfolio. – Sole commissioning authority across all active projects — personally executing full commissioning of Huawei PowerPOD (2MW/pod), UPS5000/2000, SmartLi lithium-ion BESS, FusionCol liquid and air cooling, LV switchboards, transformers, and BMS/EMS integration.

– Single point of accountability for high-level client communications, technical solutioning, commercial negotiations, and milestone revenue triggering across all projects simultaneously. – Managed concurrent post-handover maintenance programmes and live customer escalations alongside active new project deliveries — demonstrating exceptional technical and organisational capacity. – Led and directed a team of approximately 5 engineers and subcontractors, providing technical authority, commissioning guidance, and safety governance across all sites. – Promoted and implemented sustainable, energy-efficient design principles across every project, directly supporting client ESG targets and Huawei's energy transition objectives.

Held simultaneous senior roles as Lead Engineer, Design Authority, Commissioning Manager, and Site Manager on Eaton's flagship EMEA hyperscale EPMS programmes — delivering the most complex multi-vendor Datacenter monitoring and power management systems in the region. Microsoft Amsterdam Hyperscale Campus (AM07, AMS08, AMS13, AMS14 + Substation EPMS) Design Authority Project Engineering and Commissioning Manager; architected Eaton Foreseer EPMS, integrating approximately 20 vendors across MV switchgear, LV switchboards, UPS, generators, and BMS; delivered full L1 - L5 commissioning sign off. AWS Sweden (Eskilstuna & Västerås) Design Authority, and Project for Eaton Foreseer EPMS design, delivery, and commissioning from L1 to full L5 across two regions; covered LV, MV, generator, and UPS monitoring integration.

– Meta Finland Hyperscale Campus — MV Switchgear Design Authority (Eaton); delivered full operational sequence design, protection coordination, testing, and commissioning.

– Developed and deployed a proprietary software monitoring solution that enhanced operational visibility and reduced reactive maintenance callouts across multiple client Datacenter estates. – Conducted FAT & SAT for all Eaton equipment and third-party integrated systems across EMEA; maintained zero critical defect escapes to live operations throughout the portfolio. – Managed multi-disciplinary site teams and EMEA-wide subcontractor networks; enforced health, safety, and environmental standards across all active projects and sites.

Appointed to lead Equinix's Netherlands-wide Energy Efficiency Programme (EEP) on 13 Datacenters — a strategically critical initiative under the Dutch MJA3 government energy agreement covering all NL Datacenter sites. – Delivered a 22% reduction in energy consumption across all Equinix Netherlands datacenter sites, surpassing MJA3 regulatory targets and completing the programme ahead of schedule.

– Owned full end-to-end project management for energy system overhauls — from business case and design through contractor management, implementation, and regulatory performance verification. – Served as primary liaison between Equinix, contractors, and Dutch government regulatory bodies; managed all stakeholder communications and ensured full regulatory compliance throughout.
