As a freelance People Analytics lead, I support complex organisations in strengthening workforce planning and HR analytics capabilities. I drive initiatives from strategy to implementation, combining hands-on analysis with scalable BI solutions. I design data models, develop impactful dashboards, support forecasting and enable informed decision making at senior level.

Responsible for driving the HR analytics strategy and owning data and BI initiatives end-to-end. Key responsibilities included:

Advising & Reporting: Deliver management insights to the board and implement BI solutions that inform HR strategy and decisions.

Data Quality & Governance: Assess HR data across SAP, recruiting, and learning systems; define standards and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliability.

Requirements & Solutions: Translate business needs into actionable BI solutions and visualisations; advise on feasibility and opportunities.

Development & Delivery: Perform workforce planning analyses, develop and maintain HR dashboards, ensure solutions are scalable and impactful.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior analytics colleagues and run workshops to upskill HR teams in BI and data literacy.

Independently performing data analytics activities on complex client projects, with the following main responsibilities:

Data extraction and transformation: Writing extensive queries in SQL and performing complex data extractions.

Data visualization in Power BI: Developing Power BI dashboards for multiple clients. Leading the development process.

Stakeholder management: Working for larger, more complex clients with multiple stakeholders. Independently leading BI projects, from requirement analysisto execution and delivery.

Guidance: Being co-responsible for the development and performance of (junior) data analysts in theteam
