I found my love for website development by the most direct means possible – I get a great buzz from creating solutions and solving problems. When I work on website development projects I aim to see my clients’ online business goals automated and streamlined as much as possible, while implementing excellent usability and considering conversion best practices. A website should be doing its job: converting visitors into enquiries and sales.
Originally I taught myself software development, which led to dual IBM Advanced Professional Application Developer and System Administrator certifications and many years as a professional software and web developer. In 2006 I started my own website design, development and SEO services business, which was re-branded as Elan Creative in 2020.
In my work I can combine my love for website development with my experience in online retail to give my clients the best strategic edge for their e-commerce solutions.
