I've been a CTO and co-founded a B2B SaaS product, so I've made these calls under real pressure: what to build versus buy, when to refactor versus rewrite, how to keep a small team shipping without drowning in tech debt. I bring that judgment, not just the code.

Where I'm hands-on, my stack is Next.js, Vue, React, Nuxt, and Svelte with Firebase, MongoDB, and Stripe behind it. But the more valuable work is usually higher up: setting technical direction, reviewing architecture before it becomes a problem, and being the person a founder can think out loud with when there's no senior engineer in the room yet.
