When growth stalls and nobody can quite explain why, that is where I come in.

I diagnose, build and execute. Not a strategy deck that gets shelved. A real foundation: the positioning, the go-to-market structure and the alignment between marketing and sales that gets the whole organisation moving.

For over 15 years I have done this across Healthcare, SaaS, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Products, Climate Tech and Telecommunications, in organisations ranging from early-stage scale-ups to established global brands across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

The proof is in what I have built and the impact it delivered. At HOYA Vision Care I built the global brand activation infrastructure from scratch, a fully integrated e-commerce and supply chain platform that delivered 85% efficiency gains within six months. The same organisation recognised this with a Recognition for Excellence award and stock options. I also convinced directors from 14 global markets to co-create HOYA's first In-Store Experience Innovation Labs. At Perpetual Next, the investor summit I strategically designed generated €1M+ in committed funding. As a business consultant I drove 13% year on year revenue growth through multichannel optimisation.

I use AI as a structural part of how I work: to pressure-test ideas, speed up analysis and sharpen output.

I work as a Fractional Marketing Director, 16 to 24 hours per week. Senior strategic involvement, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
