I’m typically brought in when there’s momentum (designers and engineers working) but product decisions still live in people’s heads. Scope is fuzzy, priorities shift, and delivery slows because intent isn’t explicit enough.
I specialise in closing that gap by making product decisions clear, deliberate, and buildable - so teams stop guessing and start shipping.
