6 jaar 2 maanden Product Manager of International Proofreading Services april 2016 - december 2018 (2 jaar 9 maanden) Amsterdam en omgeving, Nederland As Scribbr's product manager I managed a team of over 450 editors who edit texts in Dutch, English, German, French, Swedish, Finnish, Italian and Spanish. I facilitated this team directing a group of 14 senior editors to help every individual to work to the best of their abilities. Among other language products and improvements, I set up:

-The Scribbr Improvement Model

-The Clarity Check

-The renewed Structure Check

-Language Report

-The Scribbr Academy

-The Scribbr Application Quiz Main responsible for:

-The proofreading service, in Dutch, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.

-Improving and maintaining the quality of the proofreading services including monitoring and ensuring the availability of our current editors (about 450 editors) and senior editors (14).

-Writing and developing policies and training material to improve editors and ensure the quality of their work.

-Recruitment, recruitment process, HR (soft skills) and training of editors, senior editors and new support personnel.

-Language-related matters on the website.

-Articles about academic language in all provided languages.
