At my last assignment, SAP LeanIX, I built from scratch the TA function, scaled the business from 150 to 950+ employees and supported its acquisition by SAP. Delivered measurable ROI through data-driven hiring, automation, direct sourcing (60% of all hires), and consistently low new‑hire attrition (<2%).
