I collaborated with a team of 8 designers to deliver online and offline projects.

My main responsibilities included:

• Scoping, planning, and monitoring projects and requests to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements

• Managing work allocation and production planning, combining method and flexibility to fit the changing business needs

📌 What I enjoyed the most was a special assignment I got the chance to take on: as a certified Scrum Master, I coached a team on how to implement Agile Scrum as a way of working. I found it very stimulating to look at how the team was operating and identify how we could make it more agile in a way that would fit the various roles. Combining a good sense of analysis and creativity was key here.

I led a team of 7 professionals to successfully drive web portal projects, from design to delivery in an agile environment. After working in various international corporations, this was an opportunity to operate in a small Dutch web agency.

My main responsibilities were:

•Budgeting and planning projects, using industry tools and creating templates customized to the needs of the team/projects

•Monitoring projects' progress through close collaboration, anticipating and mitigating risks and issues

•Through empathy and effective communication, building successful relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors despite aggressive deadlines and a competitive context

•Supporting customers and the project team in the definition and development of product requirements through to production deployment

My projects ranged from £1500 change requests to £250 000+ initiatives. They included the creation of new web portals (ex: e-commerce, event management application, etc.), updates to existing web portals, as well as strategy and architecture projects (platform and system upgrades).
