J’accompagne les marques beauté (indé ou établies) dans la structuration et l’exécution de leurs projets : de l’idée initiale jusqu’à la mise sur le marché. Mon rôle : sécuriser le planning, coordonner les parties prenantes (laboratoire, packaging, réglementaire, fournisseurs, équipes marketing), et garantir une livraison conforme aux exigences qualité, coût et délais.
Je combine une approche rigoureuse (gestion de projet, priorisation, process) avec une compréhension fine des enjeux cosmétiques : formulation, claims, expérience produit, cohérence de gamme et excellence de l’exécution.
