I advise organisations on Microsoft 365 governance and Copilot adoption, helping them implement secure, compliant collaboration environments that support productivity and AI readiness.

My background includes owning global Microsoft 365 collaboration services and leading enterprise AI enablement strategies in highly regulated Australian industries. I have strong experience managing data governance, implementing Purview frameworks, designing retention policies, and advising on compliance requirements, including full awareness of GDPR and EU AI Act obligations.

I deliver value through focused, high-impact sprints (typically 8–12 days per month), allowing me to provide senior-level guidance without long-term commitments or extended meetings.
