Led Source's flagship product from MVP to market leader, achieving highest daily active usage across the platform. Defined product vision and go-to-market strategy that transformed a basic tool into an essential daily workflow for cultivation specialists and greenhouse managers. Drove cross-functional execution with founders, engineering, data and plant science, and design teams to deliver a fully customizable workspace with AI-powered personalization, resulting in + 15% in user engagement and an impressively low annual churn rate (5%). In my role, I was responsible for managing a team of engineers and product analysts and support them in their personal and professional growth.

I led growth and experience on the buyer side of our marketplace. Since joining, my team increased first buyer activation from 2% to 8%, and retention from 23% to 44%. I collaborated closely with commercial, and customer relations teams, and our customers to optimize product discovery. Working with designers and engineers, I defined and prioritized solutions based on customer needs and company KPIs. Before significant investment in new developments, I validated approaches through rapid experimentation, based on whose outcomes, I could ensure data-informed decisions.

Starting in a product operations role, I supported the VP Product with team restructuring and implementing new product processes. I streamlined communication between the product team and stakeholders across the company. As our processes matured, I gradually took ownership of a new product, eventually transitioning fully to a PM role. In this capacity, I developed the go-to-market strategy and led development of Zivver Sign. My primary focus was driving MVP development and validating solutions.
