My consulting work focuses on leading data projects end-to-end, from structuring SQL pipelines and defining clean architecture logic to establishing reporting frameworks that deliver reliable insights without unnecessary complexity or cost.

Beyond the technical design, I focus on building capability within teams. Many companies spend significant senior time training junior analysts or preparing one-off datasets for stakeholders. I take that pressure off by mentoring juniors to develop their SQL and analytical thinking skills, and by training non-technical stakeholders to perform self-service analytics safely and efficiently. This allows senior analysts and data engineers to focus on strategic, high-impact work rather than day-to-day requests.
