Ik heb uitgebreide ervaring met het ondersteunen van verschillende Saas-applicaties (Microsoft 365 en Google Workspace) en biedt ook consultancy aan. Verder heb ik ook de leiding gehad over IT helpdesk afdelingen en teglijiertijd ondersteuning geboden aan duizenden eindgebruikers. De afgelopen jaren heb Ik ook verschillende e-commerceshops beheerd en ondersteund, van het opzetten tot product- en orderbeheer.
