    As a Key Account Manager in the western region of the Netherlands, I spoke with customers about their ordering processes: how they worked, how they placed orders, which suppliers they used, and where the bottlenecks were.
    My goal was simple to help customers order smarter and faster with RS. That meant time savings for the customer and higher revenue for RS.

    At the same time, I served as a key user during the Dutch Salesforce implementation. I advised the project team on which customer views, dashboards, and data structures sales and account management really needed. I built clear databases with smart filters, led internal Q&A sessions, gave training, and wrote user guides making Salesforce genuinely practical for the Dutch teams.
