Hello! My name is Denis and I am a professional with more than decade experience in the data field. I believe in the data-driven approach and am ready to take any job that is a part of the PDCA cycle of change management process. I started my career as a data analyst and covered many field in the both part process: technical (system analysis, ETL, enterprise data modeling, CRM systems, BI integration, SOA, etc) and business (process description and optimization and automation, reporting, business analysis, KPI's formulating, RACI matrices, etc)

Also I have experience of the team management and the project management (if it needed), so I know about the goals and responsibilities of all participants of the process and ready to negotiate any tensions and to help them in any possible way.

I worked with the most of leading technical solutions on the market (DB: MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Exasol, Teradata; BI: Microstrategy, Tablo, Qlick, SAP BO, Oracle BI, Looker) so I am not limited by any environment and ready to learn something new.

I just left Russia, so I'm looking for a quick project to try myself in the new conditions and ready to continue if it will be satisfying for both sides.

I was responsible for implementing data analytics including three PoC of BI systems, actualization of P&L model, creation of data storage model and ELT process development. In addition, I took on such duties as ad-hoc reporting, traffic control and analysis (CR, CTR, CPI, CPM etc), product analysis (Retention, Funnel, ARPU) and control of new features impact.

Achievements:
- Found the reason why a massive number of users left the product at the earliest stage. As a result, I helped to improve retention by suggesting to switch to another server.
- Analyzed the problem with dropping retention after new features were added to the product and helped the team calculate the most beneficial and successful strategy to keep the feature and lower the churn.
- The accuracy of my KPI predictions in investor reports was in the limits of 5% delta of actual value.

Due to pandemic the business needed to urgently adapt their sale processes to the new world of lockdowns and as such I was involved in the creation of a new approach to online sales. My main duties were to identify key persons in the frame of sales operations, collect the requirements, comprehend their vision of the process, coordinate the unified vision and monitor the implementation of the project.

Achievements:
- Within six months our team successfully described and formalized all the process, including form, schema and KPIs.
- I audited the reports used at that time and discovered that out of more than 40 reports only 25% of them were unique, useful and relevant. As a consequence, the new plan of the development of BI system was created.
- Identified a problem with the delayed communication between the companies, developers and sales offices. Initiated a project to systematize interaction between the two and to unify terminology used by the companies.
