After obtaining my Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance and 15 years of banking experience, I am currently self-employed as a Financial Analyst & Advisor and Stock-Market Investor.

I have obtained extensive experience within the roles of Structured & Leveraged Finance Analyst, Credit Risk Analyst (a.o. Asset-Based Finance), Credit Restructuring Manager Large Exposures and Head of Business Line Anti-Financial Crime Deutsche Bank A.G. The Netherlands.

My passion is to analyze business models, financial statements and investment cases. As such, I am supporting businesses as a Financial Advisor and as a freelance Financial Analyst. Also, I am active as a private Stock-Market Investor.

Restructuring distressed debt of EUR 5m – 100m per client and ~EUR 250m total portfolio. Clients operate in different segments and primarily involve MidCap- and Large Corporate clients (turnover EUR 25m – 7bn) with bilateral and syndicated facilities (LMA documentation) that include a diverse product range; f.e. lending, trade finance, cash management, derivatives, etc.
