• Giving advise how to manage the Dutch and Int. Retail market for Authentic International Brands. From the early days to boost their sales/growth Rimboesauzen

• Bringing Rimboesauzen to Dutch retail, from 4 mio turnover to budget 8.5 mio 2024. Also establish a stable commercial track record future proof. Enjoying being part of a small factory with a lot of potential. Created listing in Albert Heijn, Dirk and Vomar within 6 months.

• Commercial management for European Retailers of Unidex Retail (Kaufland, Lidl International, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Salling Group, Dagab, Chef Culinair, HelloFresh Europe) overall responsible for Value, Ebit, volume, market share targets and Margin. Direct reports: 1 export manager and 3 support managers.

• Business facts: Redefined relationships, implemented some business optimalisation topics (Forecasting, Margin calculation TPR) and working transparent together with the team instead of all individuals.

• For almost twenty years United Drinks Europe BV built the category of alcohol-free wine and spirits. All brands like Viverty, Faber, Light Live, and Eisberg have been managed via United Drinks from the manufacturer's perspective. In the Netherlands, commercial organizations like Delta Wines and LFE have been the contact with Retail.

• My role is to expand and shorten the route to market by presenting alcohol free items directly from the manufacturer to Retailer. Currently, we have listed 6 alcohol-free spirits within Gall (Lofthouse) and are offering some alcohol-free wines/spirits to other Retailers.
