eCommerce scale-up - 200 employees - Active in 6 countries. I am responsible for multiple projects and the medior-senior-lead vacancies. Campus Recruitment is one of those projects which I'm really proud of. We build it from the ground up after a thorough research and started collaborations with several educational institutions. At this moment we're hosting events together, participate in classroom sessions and managing various talentpools. With this strategy we increased the number of internships at the company. Also proud of the changes we made with the IT Manager and CTO of the company. We switched to an English method to be able to hire international candidates. Again we did a thorough research regarding relocation and hired 2 Senior Developers along the way. We now have the possibility to relocate A + developers. Next to that, we implemented a lot of unique hiring strategies via content, events and email marketing.
