Solution Architect/Designer : bridge between business and IT, responsible to turn business requirements into a pragmatic solution working on the existing architecture.
Context of Project :
Within IT Department, Customer Communication domain provides all the services to deliver written communication to our customers : sms, push notification on smartphone, email, bankmail, paper mail. The content of the communication is built by the requesting domain and our domain turns it into a deliverable document, identify where to deliver the document and delivers the document. The service is supported by mainframe for the delivery part and by cloud for the document generation part.
I was coordinating projects transversal to the technologies.
Achievements :
Reverse engineering of the data model and identification of the links between the various IT systems, enabling E2E traceability for the Business.
Implementation of a performance measurement infrastructure for large volumes (including a replica of the tables to enable the business to perform queries on this data without impacting production).
Monitoring of MiFid deployments - analysis of causes and resolution of performance problems
Implementation of E2E monitoring of the document generation and sending process for large volumes
Review of the system of alerts to be sent to customers concerning thresholds reached by financial products
Corrected a performance monitoring flow for sending SMS messages
Coaching of new Solution Designer

Application Manager : responsible for MUSE application, the equipment management tool used to manage the public lighting stock in Wallonia.
Context of Project :
One of ORES' missions is to manage the public lighting stock for Wallonia. This involves preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment. This requires a precise view of the location, type and age of each piece of equipment. The MUSE application lists and maps all this equipment.
As Application Manager, I was in charge of managing the application team, monitoring corrective and preventive actions concerning the application and monitoring projects impacting the application.
Achievements :
Adaptation of the governance of the tool supplier (CTG - Citégestion) to improve the effectiveness of the partnership.
Implementation of centralised management of all tickets concerning the application (incidents, problems, requests for improvements) for all companies and teams working on the application.

Responsible for Mensa Youth Be (MY), the branch of Mensa Belgium in charge of youth with HIQ (High Intellectual Quotient)
Context of Project :
Mensa is a worldwide association for so-called HIQ people (High Intelligence quotient, individuals who share a score higher than or equal to 98% of the population in a standardized and supervised IQ test). It has about 133 000 members and an active representation in over 100 countries. Mensa Be is the Belgian branch.

MY is a service to the population with two mission : #1 - to contribute to the wellbeing of youth with high IQ (up to 25 years old) and #2 - to provide support to the adult who accompany them (mainly parents and teachers)
Achievements :
