Building creative solutions to provide their customers with a better insight up business, marketing strategy and performance. Cypher through the data from any digital platform, social network, e-commerce and display it in a simple, readable and interactive dashboard.

In charge of building from scratch a new business intelligence system leading a team of 3 persons (interns & externs). From gathering the end-users needs to design the front-end GUI, I was also responsible to setup the ETL process, manage the project by scheduling task for all team members, respect the dead-lines, create the reporting, train the end-users and participate in the recruitment of the BI team.

American Multinational IT corporation, Executive Dashboard - Remote project - Technical leader - 6 months In charge of developing and/or optimizing several dashboards (Sales Operation, RAD) for senior executives of the company, to provide insight into how their business was performing. Optimization of the performance in the script and the design has been completed. Enhancements of visualization and usability of the app. Responsible for advising on solution to fix any design or script issues, optimize several dashboards on different layer. Reviewed the design, the data model or the application structure. Preparing different development template and setting up standard development within applying the Qlikview development best practices.
