Most teams already have tests and CI pipelines, but the results are often hard to trust.

Tests fail because of unstable environments, pipelines take too long, or nobody is sure what a failing test actually means.

That’s usually where I come in.

I’m a QA / DevOps engineer with 14+ years of experience helping teams improve how testing fits into modern development workflows. My focus is on making testing reliable inside CI/CD pipelines and microservice environments, so teams get fast and meaningful feedback on every change.

In practice this means building and improving test automation frameworks, integrating tests into pipelines, and creating reproducible environments that remove the usual “it works on my machine” problems.

I also help teams apply Risk-Based Testing, so testing efforts focus on the parts of the system that matter most instead of trying to test everything equally. This helps teams prioritize better and get faster feedback where the real risks are.

I work mostly with API and microservice systems using technologies such as Java, JavaScript and Python, and tools like Rest Assured, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. For UI and end-to-end testing I also work with Playwright and Cypress.

A common bottleneck I see in many teams is that test results are hard to interpret for people outside the engineering team. Part of my work is making those results clear, accessible and easy to understand for stakeholders, so teams can make confident release decisions.

My goal is simple: help teams move from tests that run to results they can actually trust.
