I’m a strategy and transformation leader with ~20 years of experience designing and executing strategic change initiatives across the Telecoms, Media, and Technology sector. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve served as Senior Manager Post-Merger Integration at Eurofiber, where I’ve helped drive the company’s inorganic growth agenda through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

I lead a portfolio of integrations end-to-end and have built a scalable PMI capability from the ground up—establishing governance frameworks, recruiting and developing a dedicated PMI team, and creating pragmatic toolkits and playbooks to ensure consistent value capture.

With a strong background in private equity, value creation, and program leadership, I excel at translating strategic intent into executable plans and delivering tangible, measurable outcomes. I’m particularly energized by situations that require clarity, structure, and momentum—bringing strategy to life and enabling sustainable growth.
