Engagement through culture: Defined our culture pillars, woking every day to ensure enable people across the organisation are able to understand and contribute to our culture.

Talent Development & Management: Job levels, career paths, goal setting, peer feedback, performance reviews, compensation, manager training and benefits...

Shapes HR offered people focussed ​services in recruitment, engagement and development. We combined rigorous processes, innovation and empathy to create powerful stakeholder experiences. Missions included:

- Recruitment (in-house and as an external recruiter)

- Guest lecturer on HR topics

HR Communications: Canada, Europe, Middle East & Africa

With a focus on measurable impact, I partnered with affiliate, regional, global HR and Public Affairs teams to develop the communication road-map supporting the understanding and implementation of our corporate HR strategy (recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, talent management, benefits, change…).

Some project examples:

- Leading our employee engagement program across EEMEA

- Develop communications campaign for employee referral programme

- Determine communication strategy for all levels of employee interactions (change management, engagement, recruitment, benefits, animation programmes, etc)

- Communications to leaders around Talent Development & Management

- Creation of new employee on-boarding materials

- Supporting the implementation of new HR information systems (Workday and Kronos)

Talent Acquisition, France

Responsible for all recruitment related activities for AbbVie France. We built teams to support the launch of our first ever HCV treatment and our expansion in immunology. I was quickly promoted to a role with the Global HR Communications team.
