Bij CSRDopportunity heb ik twee Double Materiality Analyses (DMA) succesvol uitgevoerd in samenwerking met een partner. Daarnaast heb ik organisaties begeleid bij het opzetten van datacollectie, analyse en rapportagestructuren ter voorbereiding op CSRD-compliance.

Developed a unique online tea concept with operations in Hong Kong, China, and the Netherlands. Managed a team of 5 FTE in Xiamen and Amsterdam. Key responsibilities included

setting up the corporate structure, building the website, and implementing sales strategies.

European leader in online, mobile, and social media ticketing solutions. Managed finance, HR, and office operations for a team of 150 FTE. Key achievements included raising €15M in funds, implementing data mining systems, and leading the acquisition and integration of a UK company.
