I collaborate with multiple cross-functional agile teams to improve and modernize daily banking for ABN AMRO commercial banking clients. This involves developing the UX for various web and app banking environments, including flows such as payment processing and account overviews. I am also part of an ongoing strategic effort to modularize and modernize banking workflows across segments and platforms.

I collaborated with product, research and engineering teams to create intuitive and seamless solutions for the web interface of enterprise data protection software. Deliverables included complete end-to-end product design cycles, design artifacts for new product releases as well as feature enhancements among existing product offerings, and identifying opportunities for cross-product experience improvement and simplification.
