As a part of S/4 HANA Rebilling project, Neha was involved as SAP guru to collecting important insight of Rebilling (Recharge of services) technical process, provide improvement aspects and conduct training session to finance and controlling business. Rebilling automation has been developed to automate the rebilling process for 4 Scenario Allocation based, profit center assignment, payroll based and non -sap entities. T-codes has been provided to business to run Rebilling on the push of one button behind the T-code there is 12000 line of ABAP program which need lots of improvement in terms of having more business scenario, improvement of performance also to reduce manual intervention.

She has helped Finance rebilling team and Finance controlling team with BW report (Analysis for office) and SAC dashboards which has help them on reconciliation the data after performing rebilling so that they will know all the amount has been re-billed correctly.

Controlling team has lots of issue for month end reconciliation so to help them creating cost center reporting, where they can get clear view on cost center, what of kind cost are rebilling (using G/L account) and it will show also that cost has been transferred to FRS account (that mean they have been included in Rebilling).

She was also responsible for creating authorization roles (Analysis auth role, menu role, composite role), providing authorization to concern user etc.

As part of CAPEX (Planning) Automation project Neha has developed CAPEX planning tool in SAP BW4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud where head of finance team from each business area of Europe and Asia can upload the capex projects data for their business area, do planning on uploaded data, able to add delete and change data for not only Actual Budget and forecast versions but also pre actual versions Pass0,1,2. Neha was involved in the project from blueprint phase and was single point of contact for requirement gathering, documenting and technical execution of project. Neha has also created multiple Dashboards on SAC and Analysis for office on the combined data of developed CAPEX tool and CAPEX data coming from BPC using CDS view for top management for overall capex view. Neha has also setup authorization on data mart and Setup the currency conversion rule based on versions. Provided authorization to users and
