I’m a legal professional with over 6 years of in-house experience across corporate governance, commercial contracting, and compliance in international environments including Viterra (now Bunge).

My background covers commercial contracts, ISDA-governed trade finance,

drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate documentation, supporting transactions, or handling multi-jurisdictional corporate administration.

I hold a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Groningen and am currently preparing for the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination) to further specialise in English law.

I offer freelance support to legal teams, solo lawyers, and companies that need reliable legal assistance without a full-time hire — combining the analytical grounding of a trained lawyer with the practical mindset of someone who’s always worked directly in the business.
