Currently, I work as an Assistant Controller at IHCP Hoofddorp, where I oversee financial processes, supported the financial operations, of five hotels and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Before this, I worked as a Financial Accountant at voco Hotel The Hague, where I managed the full cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, conducted balance sheet reconciliations, and supported the financial operations. My experience has taught me the importance of accuracy, transparency, and collaboration when it comes to financial management.

I started my career in hospitality as a chef, which gave me a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Along the way, I pursued formal education in international business and logistics, which helped me transition into finance with a global perspective.
