I had a pleasure working with Max: we had a big payroll related project in Netherlands (moving to new payroll provider, changing some internal processes, etc). I can highly recommend Max as a very reliable professional with strong payroll knowledge, he was able to learn the complex set-up of our company/payroll really fast. He was building relations with our stakeholders very efficiently, at the same time was able to challenge status quo and ask right questions. I was absolutely impressed by the ownership that Max demonstrated from the first day of his work. He is truly a hard worker who is ready to support team in any situation. You can fully trust him and rely on. if i have a chance to work together again, i would definitely do so.
