I am Lisa, a Learning and Development Specialist passionate about truly effective learning.

L&D is a complex function that involves more than just creating content and learning paths. It also encompasses shaping the learning culture, change management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and other areas. I support the entire function, not only the design aspect.

Note: I work from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. I only see this as a benefit! In the mornings, I am at work for a few hours, so we can make the most of our overlapping hours. Feedback and requests are already handled before you wake up. A meeting in the evening? No problem! I love what I do and am flexible in how I organize my day.
